Navigating the Road to Life Transition Fair
This FREE fair aims to connect individuals with disabilities, their guardians or caretakers, and the agencies that provide services and support.
Join us on Thursday, April 17th at the Polson Boys and Girls Club from 8:30AM-2PM. This is a FREE event and is open to students, parents, community members, agencies, colleges, and more!
