Description:

When: Wednesday mornings in July from 6:00-6:45
Where: PHS Stadium
Who: 18 and older
What: A free outdoor bootcamp class taught by NASM certified personal trainer, Deanna McElwee. The 45 minute class will utilize the track, field, bleachers, and hiss to achieve a total body workout. All fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
Bring: towel or yoga mat
