Memory Cafe: A Dementia Care Program w/ Angel Care

Description:

This is a Dementia Care Partner Program with Angel Care.
This program will be held on the first Tuesday of each month. The Cafe will be held in the Community Room of the Polson Library.
A Memory Cafe is a safe and supportive environment for people living with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other forms of memory loss AND their caregivers/family members!
